- Where a scheme contains identical projects/units/profit centres, in such cases exposure of NSKFDC will be limited to Rs.150 lakhs per scheme.
- Those who own the assets under NSKFDC assistance alone are considered as beneficiaries.
- The revised rates of interest/service charges shall be applicable for the schemes/projects sanctioned w.e.f . 1st October, 2002.
- Assistance for sick/existing units shall not be extended.
- Under Transport Sector Schemes, only one vehicle per beneficiary/institution shall be considered.
- In case of any ambiguity in the guidelines, decision of CMD, NSKFDC shall be final.
