• Where a scheme contains identical projects/units/profit centres, in such cases exposure of NSKFDC will be limited to Rs.150 lakhs per scheme.
  
  
• Those who own the assets under NSKFDC assistance alone are considered as beneficiaries.
  
  
• The revised rates of interest/service charges shall be applicable for the schemes/projects sanctioned w.e.f . 1st October, 2002.
  
  
• Assistance for sick/existing units shall not be extended.
  
  
• Under Transport Sector Schemes, only one vehicle per beneficiary/institution shall be considered.
  
  
• In case of any ambiguity in the guidelines, decision of CMD, NSKFDC shall be final.

Dear Sir,

We are a Government of India Public Sector Undertaking in the name and style of National Safai Karamcharis Finance & Development Corporation (NSKFDC) under the Ministry of Social Justice & Empowerment. We are required to sell old furniture items, computers and other electronic items as per list enclosed.

You are requested to kindly visit our office at above mentioned address and inspect the listed items on 13.10.2008 and quote your best offer in the enclosed prescribed format, in sealed envelop for our old furniture items, computers and other electronic items alongwith earnest money of Rs.15000/- by Demand Draft/Pay Order in favour of NSKFDC, New Delhi on or before 21.10.2008 by 3:00 PM. Sub: Hiring Consultancy Services for Quality Management System (ISO Certification)

Dear Sir,

National Safai Karamcharis Finance & Development Corporation (NSKFDC) is Government of India Undertaking under the agies of Ministry of Social Justice & Empowerment. NSKFDC was incorporated under Section 25 of the Companies Act, 1956, on 24th January, 1997 as a ‘company not for profit’.  It is fully owned by the Government of India and has an authorised share capital of Rs.200 crores.  NSKFDC is to act as an apex institution for all round Socio-economic upliftment of the Safai Karamcharis and their dependents throughout India.

NSKFDC is a Memorandum of Undertaking (MoU) signing company since 2005-06. As per MoU of the corporation for the year 2008-09, NSKFDC is required to get the ISO Certification positively by December-2008.

In order to get ISO Certification, NSKFDC wish to hire the Consultancy Services for Quality Management System. You are therefore requested to provide your company profile, list of PSUs/Govt. Organizations etc. to whom your company has already provided the services, time period, total cost of services etc. to this office in sealed envelope on or by 12:00 Noon on 21.10.2008. TENDER DOCUMENT FOR FABRICATION OF STALLS, DECORATION, PUBLICITY ETC. FOR ORGANIZING EXHIBITION AT BHUBHA DISTRICT KAIMOOR BIHAR FROM 12^TH  TO 15^TH  January, 2009

National Safai Karamcharis Finance and Development Corporation (NSKFDC), a Government of India Undertaking, invites sealed quotations from interested parties for fabrications of stalls decoration publicity etc. for holding exhibition at Bhaubha , District, Kaimoor Bihar from 12^th to 15^th  January, 2009.

Agencies having 3 years experience of undertaking such works may only submit sealed quotations along with documentary proof of their experience. The quotation should accompany Earnest Money of Rs.20,000/- in the form of Demand Draft drawn in favour of NSKFDC payable at Delhi. Agencies who have earlier undertaken such works will be given preference.

Agencies fulfilling the above requirements may apply to the Joint Manager (F&A & P&A) National Safai Karamcharis Finance and Development Corporation (NSKFDC) B-2, Ist Floor Greater Kailash Enclave Part-II, New Delhi-110048 on or before 06.01.2009 at 2.00 p.m. as per the enclosed Tender Document.

Terms & Conditions:

1. The rate to be quoted must be of inclusive of all taxes.
2. The Tenderer should give detailed description and quote rate clearly mentioning the unit area such as in meteres/feet for each and every individual item.
3. The Tenderer should clearly highlight the rates for chairs, tables, plants, fans and other inventories etc.
4. All items should be supplied on hire basis.
5. The NSKFDC may increase/decrease the inventories required for the event. Therefore, additional provisions to be kept by the Tenderer for supply the same.
6. All the rates to be quoted should be distinctly in words and in figure.
7. The inventory to be supplied for the exhibition should be new and presentable.
8. The Tenderer should complete the works and handover the site at least two days in advance from the exhibition commencement date.
9. The arrangement for stay of officials of the NSKFDC/participating organizations as well as beneficiares should be neat, clean and  hygienic with proper facility of toilets.
10. The Tendrer should quote its PAN and TIN No.
11. TDS and other taxes will be deducted as per income Tax rule
12.  The NSKFDC reserves the right to assign, alter or withdraw the work and is not bound to accept the lowest rate quoted. The NSKFDC may place the order for whole or some of these items only.
