He is an Indian Engineering Service officer from 1993 batch, bachelor in Civil Engg, and Masters in Environment Engg from IIT, Roorkee and MBA from SMU, He has vast experience of 25 years in field of building construction and maintenance, telecom, metro railways,  marketing and finance and social sector.
